My three older children participated in a tie-dye T-shirt making program at the local library as part of the summer reading program. They had so much fun even though the program was packed, masha Allah. After soaking the T-shirts in water and watching an instructional video about the tie-dying process, we headed outside to actually dye the T-shirts.

Tie-Dying outside
After letting the dye set for about 24 hrs., we rinsed the shirts and anxiously anticipated the final design!

Tie-dyed shirts
I have to admit that I don’t think I would try this at home anytime soon, but here are some instructions if you are so inclined, insha Allah.
